After last week’s “botched joke” the PR department of the Democratic party, aka CNN/MSNBC/ABC/NYT et al. jumped into action to enlighten us (the hoi polloi) about the true meaning of Mr. Kerry’s remarks.
We have known for 35 years, the disdain with which Mr. “War Hero” views our military. But for those who haven’t been paying attention…Here is a clip of John Kerry’s remarks before the Senate Foreign Relations committee in 1971, during which he makes some some pretty outlandish claims alleging heinous atrocities by American Soldiers in Vietnam.
It is ironic to me that Kerry the “decorated war veteran” was one of two Senators leading the charge to normalize our trading relationship with Viet Nam. John McCain (aka “the manchurian candidate“) was the other, but that’s a story for another day.
